We offer free shipping within the United States on all orders unless otherwise stated.

Processing Time
Each piece is handmade and carefully prepared for shipment. Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days (or your actual timeframe) unless otherwise noted in the product listing or during special releases.

Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.

Shipping & Delivery Estimates
After shipment, delivery timing depends on the carrier and destination. Estimated delivery windows are provided when available but are not guaranteed.

Once an order has shipped, delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or other transit disruptions are outside our control.

Tracking Information
Tracking details will be sent to the email provided at checkout when your order ships.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.

If an incorrect address is entered, contact us immediately. We may not be able to modify shipping details once an order has shipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
If a package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but lost or stolen after delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 72 hours of delivery and include photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the issue.

International Orders (If Available)
International customers are responsible for customs fees, import duties, taxes, and country-specific charges.

Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing.

Final Sale Notice
Due to the handmade, one-of-a-kind, wearable nature of our jewelry and the use of reclaimed, recycled, and upcycled materials, all sales are final. Please review item descriptions and photographs carefully before purchase.
